Your Stay

Yes, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours a day.

Check-in time is from 4pm onward.

Check-out is 12:00 noon.

Yes, we provide a wake up call service, please advice our front desk should you require a wake up call.

Yes, we do accommodate late check-out for our guests. Please advise us on check-in if you would like to avail of this service. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur cost..

While we cannot guarantee an early check-in as it depends on the occupancy levels from the evening before. If a room is available upon your arrival, we will be sure to check you in or alternatively we can store your luggage until a room becomes available. If you expect to arrive early to the hotel, we kindly ask that you inform our reservations team prior to arrival on  +353 45 881111 or email  [email protected] so we can note on your profile and do our best to allocate a room for your arrival.

Osprey Hotel boasts 108 spacious and luxurious guest rooms in total. Depending on your needs you can choose from classic, executive, family room, suite or penthouse. To upgrade your room please contact us.

Yes, we offer a variety of welcome amenities that can be placed in each room. The following amenities are available:

  • Happy birthday or anniversary dessert plate

  • Champagne & Strawberries

  • Rose Petals, Swans and Chocolate Strawberries

  • Wine, Prosecco, beer

If there is something specific that you would like to be placed in your room that is not included on the above list, please let us know and we will do our utmost to assist with your request.

Each of the guest rooms are serviced between 7am and 8pm daily.

Yes a limited number of international adapters are available from reception. We also have a vending machine containing international adapters available.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a currency exchange at Osprey Hotel, however there are banks and post office within 1km which provide this service.

No, unfortunately, we do not allow pets. However, guide dogs are permitted at the hotel.

Yes, we sell gift vouchers both online and in the hotel. You can purchase a gift voucher directly on our website which can be redeemed in all of our facilities throughout the hotel , Osprey Spa and Osprey Leisure club .

Osprey Hotel operates a strict non-smoking policy. Therefore, all bedrooms are completely non-smoking and fitted with smoke alarms. However, we do have designated outdoor smoking areas to accommodate guests who wish to smoke.

Yes, we offer complimentary on-site parking, to our guests.

Our car park is located on the ground level and basement level.

Yes, all our bathrooms include the luxurious Field Day collection of toiletries.

All our rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board as well as tea /coffee making facilities.

Yes guests must be over 18yrs of age to be allowed to stay alone in a room, all minors must be accompanied by an adult.

We always advise to book directly with us on our own website or over the phone to guarantee the best rates. Should you book through third-party websites, your confirmation letters and cancellations are available only through the site you booked with.

€100 for the 1st night and €50 for each night thereafter per room based on 2 people sharing.

Should you misplace your reservation number please provide us with your full name and our Reception team will be happy to assist you.

Cancellations & Amendments

 If you booked your stay on our website, you can amend your booking there or alternatively, please contact our reservations team on +353 45 881111 or email  [email protected]. If you booked via a third party website please contact them to amend the booking.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival. All non-arrivals, Advanced Purchase packages and cancellations after this time will incur charges. Please note that third-party companies may have their own cancellation policies.

 If you booked your stay on our website, you can amend your booking there or alternatively, please contact our reservations team on +353 45 881111 or email  [email protected]. If you booked via a third party website please contact them to cancel the booking.

If you have booked through a third-party company, you will need to cancel your booking directly with them. Please note that third-party companies may have their own cancellation policies.

If you do not show up on the day of your booking, we will charge the first night rate as we may be in the position where we are unable to resell the room on short notice.

If you cancel your reservation outside of 48 hours, your card will not be charged. Cancellation charges will only occur to non-arrivals, prepaid packages and cancellations within 48 hours.

Our family rooms offer additional space to accommodate the entire brood! Each room has a double and single bed with pull out couch. Cots and rollaway beds can be arranged on request. Children can enjoy lots of fun activities during their stay, find out more on our family page.

While it is not required to make a reservation at the Osprey Bar, it is advisable to call ahead for groups of 6 or more people.

At Osprey Hotel we offer, breakfast and dinner in our Herald & Devoy Restaurant. Our Osprey bar servers carvery lunch followed by full bar menu. The coffee Dock is available for hot drinks and light snacks. Room service is also an option.

Our menu is tailored to suit all palettes and dietary requirements and we pride ourselves on the fact that all our sauces and soups are gluten-free. Please inform your waiter if you have any allergies, vegetarian or dietary requirements.

Yes guests can avail of the thermal area for a charge of €25 for 90 minutes.

Guests must be at least 16 years old for facial treatments and over the age 18 years old for massage and body treatments.

Yes our thermal suite is home to Sauna, Steam room, tropical rain showers, salt grotto and heated relaxation beds.

The Osprey Spa offers a wide range of different beauty treatments and massages to unwind and relax your body, mind and soul. View our treatments to find the right one for you.

To book a spa treatment, contact Osprey Spa team on [email protected] Tel: +353 45 883 910  Our team will assist you in finding the right treatment for you. Please note that all spa treatments must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.

To make full use of your time in the spa, we request that you arrive at least 45 minutes in advance of your treatment. If you wish to use the thermal suite in advance of your treatment, you may wish to arrive even earlier. This will leave you plenty of time to get checked in, complete your consultation form and to get changed into bathrobe and slippers.

While we will do our best to accommodate a late arrival it may result in a shortened treatment time however the full price will be charged.

Catch the green Dublin Coach N7 service from the Coach Park near Terminal 1. Services run approximately every hour and journey time is 55 minutes. The Naas - Main Street Post Office stop in the town centre is 5/10 minutes stroll from the hotel.

 

From the Airport follow directions to the M50 via the M1., Follow M50 south to Junction 9. Take exit and follow signs for N7 towards Cork / Limerick. Continue on the N7 and take exit for Naas. Go into Naas town centre. Turn right to the end of town past the Courthouse and continue until you come to a set of traffic lights. Turn right and drive about 500 metres. On the left you will see a Pub (Swan Dowlings), turn left and the Osprey Hotel is directly in front of you.
