Kev and I have been together for 16 years. We have a daughter who is 3 and a Big Fluffy Dog called Hansel. Kev is GAA mad and well i’m just mad!
The Proposal
Kev proposed the day before my 28th Birthday. We were up in Athlone for the night. Kev was un-usually ready early for our dinner and was pacing around.
He told me he was going to reception to get some Loo Roll and he would be back in a minute. When he came back, i was just ready to go, whren i turned around, kev was down on his knee and asked me to marry him.
He had left the room to go and ring my mam for permission to marry ..

Why Did You Choose The Osprey Hotel?
We visited the Osprey years ago when we first got engaged. I loved the location, it wasnt far from us in Dublin.
The Ballroom in the Osprey is just picture perfect to me. It has Cherry Blossoms, Pinks, Creams. The Courtyard leading out from the Ballroom is just ideal. The doors open back and it all opens out. Our day was warm, 24degree heat so this was ideal for us.
The Osprey to me screams romance and it didnt let us down.
The Big Day & Beyond
Our Wedding Day was beautiful. The Osprey was like a dream. Cherry blossoms, Creams, Pinks and Natural light, literally picture perfect.
It was the best day. Everyone complimented the hotel, the staff and the food.
I dont think we could have asked for anymore, the sun shone all day, we laughed, we cried, we danced and we genuinely loved our day.
We had a handful of friends and family stay in the hotel on the 2nd night. We had dinner and some drinks.
